Brian Taylor is the Founder and Owner of Dreamline Realty, a Charlotte-area real estate company built around a simple idea: think bigger, serve people exceptionally well, and build relationships that last far beyond the closing table.
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Brian graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Business Management before moving to Charlotte in 1996. He spent 13 years in mortgage banking, building a successful career in home financing before obtaining his real estate license in 2004.
That combination of mortgage and real estate experience has given Brian a unique perspective on the homebuying process. For more than two decades, he has helped buyers and sellers navigate not only the real estate side of a transaction, but also the financial decisions that often determine whether buying a home is the right move in the first place.
In 2016, Brian founded Dreamline Realty with a vision to build something different. He wanted to create a real estate company known not simply for transactions and sales numbers, but for an exceptional client experience built around the values of Faith, Family, Integrity, Character, and Trust.
The name **Dreamline** represents “Thinking Big” — setting meaningful goals and pursuing them with passion and persistence. That philosophy continues to shape the company today, both in the way Dreamline serves its clients and in the opportunities it creates for the agents who are part of the company.
Today, Brian’s role extends beyond helping people buy and sell homes. He leads Dreamline Realty’s vision, marketing, education, and growth while sharing his experience through educational content designed to help consumers make smarter, more confident real estate decisions.
Through Dreamline Realty and its educational platforms, Brian covers everything from relocating to Charlotte and buying new construction to mortgage financing, market conditions, and the homebuying process. His approach is intentionally straightforward and without the hype: buying a home isn't automatically the right decision for everyone. The goal is to provide people with the information and perspective they need to make the decision that's right for their situation.
For Brian, the long-term vision for Dreamline has never been about simply selling more homes. It is about building a company that serves families exceptionally well, develops great people, and creates an experience clients are proud to recommend to others.
Brian and his wife, Kristin, have three children — Kayla, Noah, and Olivia. Outside of Dreamline, you’ll usually find him spending time with family, reading a business book, playing golf, or fishing.
