Today we toured Larkhaven Hills. This is a Meritage Homes neighborhood off of Camp Stewart Road in the 28215 zip code of Charlotte, NC. Located just minutes from Interstate 485, it is conveniently located to the nearby towns of Harrisburg, Concord, Mint Hill, Midland, and Locust. The neighborhood has 30 one-story ranch plans that are being built with six floor plans to choose from ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet. It also has a big clubhouse with an olympic size pool and playground.
