I’m Brian Taylor and I’m the CEO/Owner of Dreamline Realty in Charlotte, NC. Since 2003, my team and I have helped hundreds of people buy their dream home. Our mission is to provide you with an enormous amount of knowledge about the home buying process and equip you with all of the critical tools to ensure you have a stress-free and enjoyable experience. By providing valuable information and educating our clients, we’ve helped them save thousands of dollars while avoiding the most common mistakes that could otherwise derail a real estate transaction.
Having spent 18 years as a full-time real estate agent and team owner, we’ve experienced almost every type of challenge that the home buying process can present, and we’ve mastered the craft of navigating through the sometimes overwhelming process. Frequently Asked Questions
Do you cover just Charlotte or do you cover the surrounding counties too?
We cover the entire Charlotte area including Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Rowan, Iredell, Gaston, Union, Stanly, and Lincoln counties. We are also licensed in South Carolina.
Will I be working with one agent only?
Because Dreamline Realty is a team, you will have access to everyone. Typically, you’ll work directly with your agent who will show you houses, negotiate offers, and negotiate repairs after inspections are done. If your agent is going on vacation, or is unavailable for some reason, another agent will step in and continue your home search so you never have to worry about missing out on a house. Once you find a home and go under contract, the operations staff will jump in and make sure we don’t miss a beat to get you through the detailed “contract to close” process. Will I have to sign a Buyer’s Agency Agreement?
No….not up front. We operate on the basis of loyalty and trust. That means that the relationship between Dreamline Realty and our clients has to be mutually beneficial. If we aren’t a good fit, we’d never expect you to be “locked in” to any type of agreement. The only time you’d have to sign a Buyer Agency Agreement is when we make an offer on a house…and that’s simply because it’s a NC Real Estate Commission rule. Even then, if for some reason you weren’t satisfied with our services, we’d unconditionally let you out of that agreement. It’s the right thing to do and our way of doing business…..but I wouldn’t expect that to ever happen 🙂
