Additional conveniences include a 32-inch Roku TV with Spectrum cable and free streaming channels, complimentary Wi-Fi, and access to shared laundry facilities. Water, sewer, and Wi-Fi are included, while electricity is billed separately each month. We require the first month's rent as a minimum security deposit, and a $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit upon departure. A maximum of two pets are permitted with a $400 nonrefundable deposit for the first pet and an additional $35 per month for each pet. Each cabin accommodates up to two vehicles, with trailers and boats required to be stored in a designated area for an additional fee. Monthly and seasonal rentals are available, and all prospective residents aged 18 and over must complete an application and background check through Barefoot Landing Camping Resort.
