Who Am I?
I’m Brian Taylor and I’m the Owner and Team Leader of Dreamline Realty in Harrisburg, NC. Since 2003, my team and I have helped hundreds of people sell their home throughout the Greater Charlotte area. Our mission is to provide our clients with an enormous amount of knowledge about the home selling process and equip them with all of the critical tools to ensure they have a stress-free and hassle-free experience. By providing valuable information and educating our clients, we’ve helped them save thousands of dollars while avoiding the most common mistakes that could otherwise derail the transaction.
Having spent 19 years as a full-time real estate agent and team owner, we’ve experienced almost every type of challenge that the home selling process can present, and we’ve mastered the craft of navigating through the sometimes overwhelming process. The “Home Seller Guide” was designed to help our clients become familiar with the process, but that’s just the start. When you list your home with Dreamline Realty, there is absolutely NO RISK to you! Most agents will lock a seller into a six or 12-month contract with no way to get out….regardless of poor service!! We think differently and offer a “One Day Listing Guarantee”. That means if you are not 100% satisfied with our services (even after one day), we will unconditionally release you from the listing with no questions asked!

The number one complaint we hear from sellers, who’ve tried other agents in the past, is lack of communication. You won’t have that problem with Dreamline Realty. And we back it up with our “100% Communication and Satisfaction Guarantee”.
Because we communicate with our sellers at least once per week. In fact, we actually schedule a weekly meeting (via phone, video conference, or face-to-face) at a specific time and date. We use this time to discuss recent showings, showing feedback, market statistics, and strategy needed to move forward to get the home sold.
If we don’t communicate with our sellers at least once per week, we’ll give them $500 at closing for every time this happens. Since 2003, we haven’t paid anyone! We don’t expect you to be the first!

Open houses are a critical piece of the success we have in selling our listings. We love Open Houses and our sellers do too! You can expect us to do as many Open Houses as it takes to drive traffic to your property. Our Open Houses are held on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 – 4:00.

Children’s Listing Agreement
Selling your home and keeping it tidy can be a daunting task… especially if you have children. Well…we’ve thought of that too! We’ve found that getting the children’s buy-in and having them be involved in the process can be a fun and exciting experience for them…and a huge help for Mom and Dad! That’s why we have the children sign a Children’s Listing Agreement too. All they have to do is make their bed every day and pick up their toys and they’ll get a $25 gift card at closing! It may seem like a small thing, but we promise it will have a huge impact. And the kids love it!

What is the Process to Get Started?
It’s very simple! Click the link at the bottom of the site and schedule a quick Zoom meeting with me, or call me at (704) 457-1350. After an initial conversation, we can decide if we’re a good fit. If we are, great!! We will then meet you at your house, talk about our marketing plan, and put a game plan together. If we’re not a good fit, that’s ok too! There is no obligation and we’d never expect to work together if it doesn’t make sense for both of us.
Is the Zillow Zestimate Accurate?
No! The Zillow Zestimate is simply an algorithm based on closed home data within your area. Zillow doesn’t know if you have made improvements such as an updated kitchen, a new addition, or an updated bathroom, etc. These are the things we take into consideration to determine your home’s true value.
